We often use statistical analysis for determining the extent of construction defects and for estimating the extent of rot and decay in existing buildings. Fred Webster's statistical analysis has lent credibility and greatly improved the accuracy of our testing and analysis. Fred's methodology for providing random testing samples and analysis of the data gathered has been invaluable on numerous construction defect cases. I highly recommend him.
